Symposium 2022: Heart valve therapy

20 March 2022

Invitation and Programme: "Modern Heart Valve Therapy

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Dear colleagues,

On Thursday, 2 June 2022, from 3 pm, we invite you to our afternoon symposium at the Hirslanden Clinic.

HerzKlinik Hirslanden (Auditorium, Level 4) Witellikerstrasse 40, 8032 Zurich

There have been many exciting, highly innovative developments in the treatment of valvular heart disease in recent years. But which patients benefit best from which interventional method? And where is surgical valve treatment the best option?

At our symposium, we would like to discuss these and other practical questions in detail with our experts. For example, which imaging examinations provide the most valuable additional information in which situations; and how other cardiac diseases such as arrhythmias, which often occur in parallel, can be treated most sensibly in this context.

In our integrative heart team at HerzKlinik, cardiologists and cardiac surgeons discuss the best strategy for the individual patient together under one roof. In this way, we adapt the most modern forms of treatment to the needs and individual clinical picture of the patient.

We look forward to welcoming you to HerzKlinik - Klinik Hirslanden in Zurich on Thursday, 2 June 2022.

Best regards,

Jürg Grünenfelder, Oliver Gaemperli, Jan Steffel and Peter Wenaweser
